I am currently recruiting 4–5 undergraduate students for a year-long Math 199 project on tensor-based algorithms for missing data. This is an intensive academic research project and is most beneficial for students who are interested in pursuing academia after graduating.
If you would like to learn more about the project and apply, please reach out to me by September 17, 2026, for an application and project description.
Recommended courses are Numerical Analysis, Probability, Linear Algebra (upper division), and Optimization.
I am generally able to write the strongest letters for students who have conducted research with me or interacted with me regularly for a class. Before requesting a letter, please have the following documents prepared:
Letters can be requested via email and must be submitted at least four weeks before the first deadline.
